After relocating from Los Angeles, May Mananya and Kirk Cohen are sharing their love of Thai food with New Orleans!  May was born and raised in Bangkok and Kirk in Southern California. After meeting in Los Angeles, their passion for food and travel were recognized in one another and they haven’t stopped exploring and eating since!  Although they share a strong curiosity for all cultures and cuisines, Thai food has been the strongest driving force in their lives as they continually strive to perfect the most authentic and traditional cooking methods of the motherland.

Long Chim, which means ‘Have a taste’ serves affordable Thai comfort food that is fresh and flavorful, uses local ingredients whenever possible, and packs a punch!  Originally operating as a pop up at art markets, bars, and breweries, Long Chim is providing an exciting new variety of Thai food that also offers 100% plant based options!   Their menu consists of several different types of salads, curries, soups, desserts, and of course, dumplings!
