Bittersweet Confections, headed by Cheryl Scripter, will open a third New Orleans location in Auction House Market. The bakery’s new menu will offer the same specialities found at their St. Roch Market location with fresh, daily-made goods and a focus on local, clean ingredients.

Their Auction House Market menu will feature made-from-scratch cookies and cupcakes, delicately-crafted pastries, and artisan desserts, like petite fours and specialty small cakes. Diners will also enjoy hearty prepared-to-order food options, like french toast, and more savory options like the breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs, cheese, and choice of protein.
