Aloha Lei, the brainchild of sushi veteran Tracey Davenport and her partner and husband, Dave Kirtland, will open in Auction House market. Tracey's diverse experience in cuisine spans from her time at Brennan’s to sushi chef roles at Sun Ray Grill and Metairie’s Conola.


Tracey was inspired to open Aloha Lei by her time spent in Hawaii and is excited to bring the flavors of the Pacific Rim, from Hawaii to Japan, to Acapulco and the Gulf Coast together. The Aloha Lei menu will include traditional sushi, poke bowls and unique twists like the Creole-inspired redfish and spicy crawfish roll and another South Louisiana favorite stuffed with grilled shrimp and topped with crab.
